Contact & account data you provide — name, work email, company, and message. Submitted content — the contract source or address you ask us to analyze (on-chain source is already public). Payment data — handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and metadata, not your full card number. Security telemetry — request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamps) recorded to detect and block abuse of the Services.
To provide and improve the Services, produce your reports, process payments, respond to inquiries, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations. Free-tier submissions may be used, in de-identified form, to improve detection quality; we do not publish your identity.
Service providers that run the Services under contract: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting, edge security). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
We keep contact and engagement records for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal/accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify them. Security logs are retained for a limited period for abuse detection and forensics.
Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@omniguardlabs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. We reply only from a verified @omniguardlabs.com address and will never ask for private keys, seed phrases, or funds.
The marketing site uses minimal, essential cookies only; we do not run third-party advertising trackers. The application may use a session cookie strictly to keep you signed in.
We design for daily attack: layered isolation, least-privilege access, encrypted transport, and tamper-evident logging. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to security@omniguardlabs.com.
The Services are for businesses and adults; they are not directed to children under 16.
